As an Operations Specialist, You Will:
Optimize sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement and system enhancements and best practice sharing.
Play a critical role in the delivery of complex end-to-end ERP implementations, integrations, and business systems initiatives.
Migrate legacy data from existing databases and systems to Salesforce.
Work across the organization to drive enhancements to our Salesforce platform including user support and training, user management, configuration, documentation, identifying and troubleshooting issues, resolving system defects and building advanced reports and dashboards.
Support the “Go Live” deployment processes, ensuring a seamless software launch and continuity of business operations during this cutover.
Work with leadership to gather requirements and implement configuration changes.
Apply data cleansing techniques to improve the quality and accuracy of contacts and accounts, databases and develop processes and methods for acquiring net new names to our database.
Assist with preparation of client presentations.
Track customer satisfaction data through surveys or other communications.
Work with marketing to train the sales organization on how and when to use key pieces of marketing collateral in the sales process. Additionally, provide training on automated campaigns, lead follow up and lead scoring.
Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, features and best practices. Make recommendations to management regarding implementation as appropriate.
Provide on-going support and system administration to quickly fix issues with Salesforce.com.
Monitor, assess, and report on Salesforce system health and usage. Identify needed system improvements.
To Be Successful, You Need:
Strong project management skills desired; ability to juggle multiple projects and deliverables at once while keeping tight and ever-changing deadlines is a must.
2+ years Salesforce Administrator related experience.
Experience with the Salesforce lightning framework.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office Applications.
Be detail-oriented and have strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
