xScion is looking to hire a self-starting and highly motivated Client Partner to help lead strategic business development activities needed to win Solutions and Consulting Services engagements focused on Digital Transformation that include Agile, Data Services, DevOps and Application Development.
As Client Partner, You Will:
Work with clients to understand and identify objectives and needs while aligning xScion’s services where business opportunities exist.
Develop deliverables to include but not limited to Solutions Configurations, and Statements of Work (SOW).
Reply to or participate in responding to RFI’s and RFP’s.
Successful experience in pursuing, proposing and closing new Solutions or Consulting Services business development opportunities.
Ability to work collaboratively with other xScion team members to design, develop, and publish proposal documents.
Able to build strong rapport and client relationships where you remain aware of customers’ applications, needs and wants as a strategic partner.
Consistently follow up to ensure customer’s satisfaction, promoting loyalty that will result in repeat business and referrals.
Support corporate leadership in preparing new marketing opportunities, including upcoming business development targets; market outreach events; and industry events.
Collaborate with marketing to identify requirements for webinars, tradeshows, networking and client events.
Perform needs analysis, embrace continuous education on current technology best practices, prepare and present proposals, effectively communicate the solution.
To Be Successful, You Need:
Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university.
10-15 years of progressive experience and proven network in Technology Professional Services Business Development in Mid-Atlantic area.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual quota objectives.
Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies leveraging. partnerships with vendors and other industry partners.
Proven track record of successful account penetration, expansion and management.
Proficient in usage of CRM and all Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written), including the C-level executive suite.
Possess significant experience with business-to-business professional services sales, particularly at the executive level.
Proficiency in networking to generate referrals from your own personal network, current customers and professional organization meetings, conferences, and workshops.
Well-versed in growing and maintaining an opportunity “pipeline”, achieving forecast accuracy.
