We are looking for a results driven retail store manager to be responsible for the  overall performance of the store by ensuring that the store exceeds its goals and standards in terms of financial performance, customer satisfaction, visual merchandising, store operations, store appearance and staff training and development. All Store Managers must take ownership and responsibility for how their  individual business performs.​ Successful Managers don't wait for business to happen, they advocate for the store and pursue the resources needed to make it happen with planning, action and follow ups.

Job duties and responsibilities:

Customer experience:

* Creates positive results by showing expertise in ; add-ons, suggestive selling and an ability to create and coach sales and service.

*Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.

*Promotes merchandise and demonstrates product knowledge to customers and assists them with any requests.

*Develops store staffing and schedules to assure appropriate store coverage, which will provide superior customer service.


Associate skill and motivation :

*Creates  a skilled and motivated team for store to be successful, through communication, coaching and training

*Establishes challenging sales goals for each Brand Rep and assures that the goals are achieved in order to improve productivity.

*Communicate openly and professionally


Expense Management:

*Ensure the proper level of staffing at the right time, and with the right mix of associates that will allow the team to give the best customer experience and maximize sales.

*Follow and execute all store operating policies to protect company assets


Merchandise and Visual Presentation :

*Instructs and participate in visual merchandising standards and directives set forth by company.

*Ensures replenishment of merchandise on selling floor as needed.

*Ensures all company sale and markdown directives are completed in a timely manner


Marketing Events:

*Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
