DiscoverX is searching for an Marketing Operations Manager to join our team in Fremont, CA.

The Marketing Operations Manager, reporting into the commercial organization, is responsible for product management focused operational activities of Eurofins DiscoverX products business. The successful candidate will focused on new product introduction (NPI), product lifecycle management (PLM), and other product management operations activities.

Eurofins DiscoverX is a leader in providing solutions and support to the pharmaceutical industry by developing, manufacturing, and commercializing reagents, cell-based assay kits,, and profiling and screening services. 

Essential Job Functions

The Marketing Operations Manager will help achieve marketing operations efficiencies and effectiveness through the following:

  • Work closely with the Product Management team and multiple departments for NPI and product updates to update necessary internal and external documentation.
  • Collate all required product information and documents for new products and upload to platforms, site-specific and centralized databases, as well as website for on-time launch
  • Participate in the update and/or creation of customer-facing product documents (e.g., Datasheets, User Manuals, etc.)
  • Manage product change process - ensuring that all tasks are completed and documented prior to implementation. Work with all functional stakeholders for status and timely completion of their tasks. Upload updated information and documents to databases.
  • Prepare and maintain products information databases
  • Responsible for generating and maintaining process-related SOP

‚ÄčRequired Education/Experience/Competencies

  • BS degree, preferred in a biologic science
  • 1-2 years in product operations, Technical Support, Marketing, or Application Support experience in a Life Science or Drug Discovery company
  • Technical writing skills required. Strong organizational skills, able to multitask effectively
  • Prior experience working with cross-functional teams is a must

Work Environment

This job operates in a clerical, office setting.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.


Ability to travel up to 10%

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are regular business hours Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with additional hours as needed.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance Fremont, CA are encouraged to apply.
