Eurofins MET Laboratories is searching for an Operations Manager in Baltimore, MD.
The Operations Manager provide leadership and assume responsibility and accountability for overseeing the operations among multiple departments. This position is focused to increase performance, employee health and safety, quality and ensure a positive experience for internal and external customers. The responsibilities are to be carried out by planning, directing, reporting and ensuring the implementation of policies and practices that promote efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
Eurofins MET Laboratories, Inc. is one of the Nation's leading laboratories for the testing and certification of electronic and electrical products. We are a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) and have been serving clients for over 50 years.
Operations Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
·Lead according to Eurofins Leadership Charter and act as a role model for leadership and staff
·P&L ownership for assigned departments
·Provide tactical direction, leadership and ensure efficient operations of assigned departments
·Collect, report, continue to develop Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)
·Oversee equipment repair/calibration planning, building improvement projects and capital investment deployments
·Create a work environment that fosters teamwork, cooperation, innovation, open communication
·Assure operations are conducted with the highest standards of quality and integrity
·Meet or exceed assigned goals and objectives
·Other duties as deemed appropriate by management and for which management believes adequate experience exists, or for which knowledge can be easily obtained in order to perform such duties.

Basic Minimum Qualifications:
·Bachelor in Business Administration, or related experience
·7-10 year successful track record in a leadership role, in an Electrical or Electronics or related field
·Understanding of EMI/EMC and Environmental Simulation testing
·Experience and/or certifications in Lean Management
·Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Baltimore, MD are encouraged to apply.
