JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Sierra-Cedar is seeking motivated and experienced Workday Reporting Consultants. If you are passionate about the technology, the clients, and all the challenges that go with being a consultant, you will want to be a part of our team.  Our people have the skills and business savvy to provide exceptional consulting services to clients, helping them gain the optimum benefit from their Workday software. This position requires remote/work from home and up to 50% travel with projects executed on-site at Sierra-Cedar client locations nationwide. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Follow Sierra-Cedar’s Reporting methodology, to organize and manage the overall reporting effort (HCM, Payroll, and Financials) on

         projects

·        Demonstrate, train, and coach client resources on the methods and tools used to create HCM, Payroll, and Financials reports,   including use of calculated fields

·        Work within a team environment to analyze business requirements, design, build, test, and deploy HCM, Payroll, and Financials      reports

·        Work within a team environment to troubleshoot and resolve reporting related security issues

·        Develop dashboards and other analytics based on project requirements

·        Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner

·        Report progress to clients and project managers

·        Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Workday solutions

·        Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology

 

REQUIRED SKILLS

·        Minimum of three years of ERP reporting experience

·        Workday Report Writer experience a plus

·        Reporting experience with at least one of the following: HR, Payroll, or Financials data

·        Ability to learn new reporting tools

·        Ability to gather detailed business requirements and develop effective reporting solutions

·        Ability to work within a collaborative but structured environment

·        Demonstrated ability to manage a Reporting effort, which will include client resources and other Sierra-Cedar consultants

·        Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution
