What We Need:
 

The Growth and User Acquisition Marketing Manager are responsible for managing new user acquisition and reactivation for existing mobile titles at 2K. The position will work closely with the mobile marketing director to make sure our games meet and exceed consumer expectations and are commercially viable, achieve profitability and ROI goals. This position will support driving a strategic mobile marketing plan that establishes the performance marketing process consisting of planning, creative iteration, experimentation, insights and applying those to plans in the future to improve ROI. 

 

What You Will Do:
 

  • Work with in-house performance marketing team and developers to own strategy across ASO and paid marketing channels globally, managing a significant budget
  • Familiar with campaigns across ad platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Apple Search Ads and Snapchat, mobile ad network, etc.
  • Optimize campaigns as well as analyze results to help us determine how and where budget should be allocated
  • Partner closely with our analytics team to measure effectiveness and to drive efficiency and recommendations
  • Work closely with other teams to share learnings from mobile app marketing and apply learnings from other teams to campaigns within your channels
  • Manage the development of all creative assets (including app store assets and static/video assets used for paid channels) by working closely with the creative team
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop app store assets with updated features while incorporating learnings from ASO and paid campaigns
  • Develop ASO and paid marketing test

     

Who We Think Will Be a Great Fit
 

  • 3+ years of experience with mobile user acquisition, ad-buying analysis, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years analyzing large data sets and acting based on the analysis, related to digital ad buying
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (lookups, advanced formulas, pivot tables)
  • Experience working with a creative team
  • Ability to uphold product positioning, set goals and objectives with methods to measure success and failures
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills required
  • Knowledge of the mobile games market and lifecycle of mobile games

     

Preferred Qualifications
 

  • Experience in managing sports, 4x, RPG mobile games
  • Experience in collaborating with dynamic and matrixes organizations
  • Self-starter, and experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • International marketing experience
