THE POSITION: The Production Worker is responsible for efficiently boxing and labeling of finished product for shipment to clients.  



  • Responsible for the Box Out area associate duties.
  • Assists to ensure that all finished product is received and quality is checked.
  • Assists to ensure that product is staged according to customers’ specifications.
  • Assists to ensure that packages are labeled correctly.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work area.
  • Minimizes the possibility of an accident to self and others.
  • Reports any incidents or accidents immediately to the department manager.
  • Should possess ability to function as one of a team, as well as to complete duties safely.
  • Must be certified by the Safety Manager to operate Industrial equipment.
  • Follow all SQF principles pertinent to your position as specified by the SQF Practitioner
  • Perform other tasks, as assigned by Packaging Lead or designee 


QUALIFICATIONS: The minimum qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience needed to perform this job successfully. 


  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
  • Ability to understand verbal instructions in English
  • Previous experience in a repack facility or warehouse a plus
  • Proven ability to communicate and perform simple arithmetic
  • Knowledge of produce a plus


  • Frequent lifting of product up to 50 lbs. during the shift, infrequent lifting up to 80 lbs.
  • Frequent bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling.
  • Must be able to stand in one place for long period of time
  • Must be able to work in a cold (below 35 degrees), wet environment for long periods of time
