JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for employee relations investigations, counseling and resolution recommendations.
Lead and facilitate the field performance management process
Participate in the employee orientation process
Point of contact for the HR Department and Human Resources help desk
Employee communications from an HR perspective; Create communications as it relates to benefits and FAQs regarding other employee related issues
Mentor, coach, and advise management on HR related policies and procedures, and compliance related issues as they relate to employees (EEOC, Wage & Hour, FMLA, USERRA, ADA, ADEA, and any other protected status
Participate in and assist with open enrollment and benefits
New Hire surveys, face to face evaluations, counseling, and resolution
On-going training of management staff on a broad range of HR-related topics
Review and advise management on all recommended terminations prior to action being taken
Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings as needed
Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department in an effort to maintain employee engagement
Understands and respects sensitive nature of information
- Bachelors degree with 10+ Years of experience in Employee Relations
