Description

Overview:  IntelliWare is an award-winning national security company with an immediate opening for an experienced Policy Analyst to support a federal law enforcement client’s counterintelligence program.  The Policy Analyst will provide executive-level support to management and executives in the analysis, evaluation, and coordination of new and revised U.S. National Security and U.S. Intelligence Community (IC) policies.

Clearance:  Top Secret with SCI eligibility. Candidate must have the ability to successfully complete a US gov’t CI Polygraph examination if successful USIC CI Poly has not been recorded within the past five years.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years national security policy and evaluation work experience within the federal intelligence, defense, and/or law enforcement communities.

  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, directives, and policies related to U.S. National Security and the USIC.

  • Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills.

  • Expertise drafting and coordinating policy documents, analytical products, and briefing documents providing legally sound analysis and recommended courses of action.

  • Expert oral and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills working in a team environment.

  • Experience briefing executive-level audiences.

  • Writing samples may be required

  • Bachelor’s Degree
