Overview:  IntelliWare has an immediate need for a SharePoint Developer/Admin to support a federal customer. This position is exempt.

Clearance:  Active Top Secret Security Clearance required.

Description:  This position will be joining a federal agency to provide SharePoint development and administrative support services. The individual will be responsible for working with team members to interview stakeholders, gather requirements, and build/test/implement SharePoint-based solutions in SharePoint 2013 environments.

Special projects can include:

  • Designing the organization’s sites using human centered design principals

  • Developing automation tools

  • Building out interactive portfolio/program/performance management dashboards

  • Designing content management solutions

  • Building custom forms and workflows

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • SharePoint development experience

  • Customer requirements gathering and analysis

  • Strong oral and written communications, presentation skills, and attention to detail

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage and prioritize tasks

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years work experience

  • Web development language skills including but not limited to HTML, CSS

  • Business analytics skills

  • Business Process Improvement/Reengineering (BPR) experience

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
