Overview:  IntelliWare is an award-winning national security company with with an immediate opening for a Conference Planner to support a federal client’s private sector engagement program. Responsibilities include successful management of events from beginning to end, including the planning, coordination, and execution phases, as well as tracking and implementing an execution timeline and expenses per event. In addition, responsible for developing and executing communication plans around the client’s mission, role, enterprise processes, and events, for both an internal and external audiences. 

Clearance:  Top Secret

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2 years of relevant experience

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Location:  Washington, DC

Travel:  Limited CONUS travel is likely
