Overview:   IntelliWare is an award-winning national security company with with an immediate opening for Senior Business Process Specialists to support a federal client’s private sector engagement initiative. Responsibilities include mapping out existing processes within client’s private sector engagement program and developing new or altering existing processes to support the implementation of the client’s private sector engagement strategy. The mapping will include current processes to include security clearances, membership and vetting, intelligence, and partner identification. Responsibilities will also include engineering new business processes, as well as partner tiering, communication flows, and private sector campaign proposals. This position is exempt.

Clearance:   Top Secret with SCI eligibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience with Business Process re-engineering activities
  • Demonstrated ability to streamline processes, improve access to information, and eliminate process waste to improve organizational productivity and decision-making.
  • Focuses on the analysis and when needed re-design/refinement of workflows and processes within an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to help organizations fundamentally rethink how they do their work in order to improve customer service and cut operational costs.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Business Process Modeling Techniques and Tools
  • Business Process Engineering Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
