Position overview

The Due Date – 1 WFM Manager is responsible for achieving the business strategies and tactical plans. The role is to optimize short-term capacity in order to keep a good balance between costumer experience and the cost structure. The individual will work with the operational managers as well as Bell control center and a network of business contacts to capitalize on business opportunities, while promoting Bell Technical Solutions’ culture and values.


What will you do?

  • Improve service levels and optimize the cost structure by understanding core business requirements between operational goals and service metrics
  • Work with the executive team to plan and execute the business strategy and undertake responsibility for WFM planning and goals achievement.
  • Implements and maintains an active communication process fostering employee involvement in the growth of the business.
  • Develops solid relationships with Bell partners (Wholesale, Business, FMS, etc.), as well as direct clients.
  • Development and implementation of new business related control functions as required.

  • Strong attention to detail and superior analytical skills
  • Strong leadership skills, business acumen and superior customer relationship skills
  • Ability to work with a diverse workforce and offer creative solutions to problems
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Excellent in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Nice to have

  • 2 - 3 years of people-management experience

Working Conditions

  • Primarily office environment with some work in the field.
  • Full time hours (Typically Monday to Friday; 8:00AM to 5:00PM) with weekend and evening shifts may be required.
  • Job Location: Argentia
