The Sales Coach is primarily responsible for in-field sales coaching and development of the agronomy sales team and the grain marketing service representative team with the objective of aggressively growing marketshare and overall profitability.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Sales Team Development (60% of time)
2. Business Planning & Execution (30% of time)
3. Sales Team Enhancement (5% of time)
4. General Management (5% of time)
5. Consistently use the Ag Partners Proven Sales Process to include:
Minimum 3+ days per week making farm sales calls with team members.
Planning and succesful execution of business and action plans.
Manage relationships with 20 key customers.
Develop relationships with key influencers in market area, i.e. farm managers, etc.
Bring forth new product ideas for consideration by Product Management.
6. Goals and Objectives
Strive to achieve targeted growth through new and current customers.
Capitalize on unique market opportunties that differentiate Ag Partners.
Maintain a balanced quality of life for all employee’s on team.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or 7+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
