Support Analyst-Information Technology
Under the general direction of the Technical Services Manager and according to established Firm policies and procedures, is responsible for providing efficient and timely delivery of Level 2 desktop support in a Windows 7 networked environment consisting of 400+ users. Maintains professionalism and strict confidentiality in all client and Firm matters.
