Marketing Manager – (Horsham, PA or San Diego, CA)

Job Summary:

Support an organization’s marketing policies, objectives, and initiatives.  Conducts market research and develops marketing plans for specific products, services, or business lines.  Reviews changes to the marketplace and industry and adjusts marketing plan accordingly.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates marketing strategies, based on knowledge of organization objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
  • Manages and coordinates activities of the marketing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Identifies potential customers.
  • Support in contract negotiations vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
  • Coordinates and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (four-year college or technical school) Required, Field of Study: Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 plus years of experience in marketing management role or similar experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of HTML.
  • Knowledge of options and opportunities to advertise organization’s products, services, and reputation.
  • Knowledge of tools, techniques for collecting, collating, and analyzing information about existing or potential markets and market needs.
  • Knowledge of an ability to utilize customer profile and information.
  • Extensive experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
