Account Services Representative II – (Irvine, CA)

Job Summary:

Provides assistance to account holders by processing transactions or responding to inquiries.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contacts customers via phone/fax/email to discuss outstanding invoices and billing issues.
  • Initiate communication with other teams within our organization, and demonstrate judgment regarding the resolution.
  • Reconcile complex billing histories and fee schedules.
  • Negotiate customer payment terms as needed, based on assessment of account status to ensure maximum payment recovery.
  • Prepare detail and accurate billing adjustments and write offs as needed.
  • Recommend clients' accounts for termination or litigation to management.
  • Provide reporting and feedback to management and others about balances and issues related to clients' accounts.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 plus years of experience in accounts receivable experience, collections experience, or related experience.
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • SAP experience preferred.
