Customer Care Support Specialist
The Customer Care Support Specialist will use their exceptional office and project management skills to support the Customer Care leadership teams’ goal of consistently providing a WOW experience to both internal and external JTV customers. The ideal candidate must be proactive, dependable, task and detail-oriented, and a consummate professional. Excellent project management skills and advanced knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite is essential to the success of the Customer Care Support Specialist role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the tracking process, organize paperwork, and follow up on the status of all Customer Care new hires.
Organize training schedules, materials, and track completed training for all Customer Care employees (new and existing).
Manage inventory of headsets and other Customer Care equipment and supplies.
Review and finalize incoming Customer Voice Comments daily.
Update information on internal Customer Care resources (CCHub, Promo Folder, etc.).
Assist with departmental communications.
Support and assist with general office tasks such as generating daily/weekly reports, filing, presentation support, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Assist with the planning and execution of Customer Care employee events and other special projects, as needed.
Provide real-time scheduling support with internal & external meeting and resolving scheduling conflicts.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Positively represent the JTV Customer Care department in all interactions.
Proficient computer/data entry skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is required;
Previous office and project management experience is a must;
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment;
