Customer Care Sales Supervisor

 

Maximize exceptional customer service through outstanding leadership, process improvement, and proactively responding to employees, customers and other business needs. Provide excellent service internally and externally. Motivate, guide, and direct your team as needed to maximize levels of sales, productivity, utilizing all relevant information to ensure they are current on necessary information. Evaluate and develop needed skill set improvement on a continuous basis. Maintain positive, consistent and effective communication. Consistent enforcement of company and departmental standards and support HR policies/procedures. Adherence to the Attendance Policy

 

Primary Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Leading by example
  • Supervise a team, ensuring communication, coaching and development as needed. “Walk the floor” and interact with Customer Care Representatives and support personnel.
  • HR partnership/Support polices/polices
  • Ensure introductions, 30, 60 and 90 day follow-ups with new hires.
  • Recruit, select, on-board, coach recognize, reward, counsel, and discipline employees
  • Monitor, review, and conduct appraisals based on job contributions
  • Drive sales through team performance
  • Assess team performance
  • Maintain and improve customer care operations by monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving problems.
  • Assisting other departments with projects and or priorities
  • Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership of new and different request and/or projects
  • Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

 

Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, 4 year college degree preferred. Business or related field
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Ability to provide internal and external customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strengths/talents in problem solving
  • People skills, teamwork
  • Previous service, 1-3 years preferred
  • Previous Sales/Service experience
  • Computer applications /data entry
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to Multi-Task
