As part of the creative team, the Creative Manager will be responsible for a team of graphic designers who focus on various colleges and professional teams e-commerce websites. Along with management duties, this will also be a hands-on position where the Creative Manager will design for various high-end projects for nationally recognized partners. The candidate will work with designers to collect raw data from creative requests and create engaging digital content. Must have strong management and design skills, including a robust understanding of layout, type, color and composition needed to create professional designs and material that enhance individual brands through visual storytelling. This person needs to be results-oriented, team player with a passion for sports.
Education & Experience Requirements
3+ years of professional experience in graphic design with a creative portfolio of previous work
2+ years of creative managment
Expert knowledge Photoshop and Illustrator
Excellent proofreading, spelling, grammar and punctuation skills
Capacity to handle multiple requests simultaneously under pressure with concurrent and conflicting deadlines
Strong communication skills
Ability to balance creativity and production workload for internationally recognized brands
Strong interpersonal skills enabling the individual to interact effectively with various levels of individuals
