Fanatics is seeking a lawyer to assume the role of Assistant Counsel.  Reporting to the Company’s General Counsel, the Assistant Counsel will work closely with the General Counsel and other senior Company lawyers on a broad range of matters, including general corporate, transactional, compliance and litigation.  Responsibilities will include advising on day-to-day legal matters, drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts, providing transactional and litigation support, and managing ad hoc projects.  The position will be located at the Company’s offices in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, with travel required from time to time.  Competitive compensation package offered.  Local candidates strongly preferred.

Minimum Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school and licensed to practice in at least one of the United States;
  • 3+ years of experience working on corporate and transactional matters, preferably gained in a law firm;
  • In-house experience a plus, but not required.
