The Role of: Seasonal Customer Service Specialist

Reports To: Ecommerce Contact Center Senior Manager
Do you like helping people? Are you looking for a seasonal position that lasts through the holidays? Do you have internet and want to work from home?
If yes, Calendars.com is the place for you. Our Seasonal Customer Service Specialists provide multi-channel support via chat, email and phone throughout the upcoming holiday season. Paid training classes for these seasonal positions start in August and extend through early November. The work schedule will require weekend work and overtime, especially in early December. Hours scheduled are based on tenure and business need. While traditionally this position has been onsite at our offices at 6411 Burleson Road in Austin TX, it will be fully teleworking for this season. We are considering candidates who are within the greater Austin area as equipment needs to be collected in person.
