Automotive Marketing Manager - Toyota of Southern Maryland
We are looking for an individual to manage the marketing aspects of our automotive dealership. We are a dealership that offers our employees the ability to grow with the company while working in a friendly environment.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible to create and manage all marketing, advertising and promotional efforts for the dealership. This includes evaluating third party advertisers, investigating new marketing opportunities and manage all social media.
- Manage and coordinate advertising and promotions to boost internet activity using the CRM and other methods.
- Work in unison with third party advertisers to create advertising strategies and goals
- Gain a thorough understanding of the CRM and its abilities. Utilize the system to track progress for the dealership and sales staff and report findings to management on a monthly basis.
- Maintain knowledge of online inventory to better respond to customers needs
- Assist in maintaining the website to stay up to date and relevant
- Ensure policies and procedures are put in place and followed to ensure a positive dealership experience for customers as well as maintain a positive dealership image
- Responsible for creative ideas for social media accounts such as Facebook and Instagram and the management of their implementation
Qualifications and skills
- Marketing Degree (BA or BS preferred)
- Automotive marketing experience preferred
- Positive and upbeat attitude
- Management experience a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills over the phone and in-person
- Excellent writing skills
- Good computer skills
- Ability to promote teamwork while working closely with sales staff and management
- Self motivated and energetic
