AdvoCare is looking for an experienced and innovative Digital Creative and UX Director who will be responsible for driving digital strategy and working with multiple teams to develop and produce quality creative solutions that meet our user’s needs. You will bring a deep understanding of user-centered research, content strategy, design, front-end development, brand strategy and omni-channel marketing strategy with core strengths and experience in Information Architecture. You will be a sound creative thinker with a proven track-record in leading major online marketing strategies and in directing the collaborative efforts of a large group of creative professionals to foster an environment of professional growth that inspires others to exceed expectations. A strong working knowledge of experience design, brand development, interactive commerce and creative process is essential to performing this challenging role. Working in a multi-disciplinary business unit, the Digital Creative & UX Director will also be an efficient time manager capable of juggling a variety of project deadlines.
The candidate will bring multi-year experience in direct sales in a MLM or network marketing business model and is driven by the business-essential KPIs.
Drive and implement strategies that address customer needs and business goals across all digital channels returning increased retention and engagement.
Facilitate brainstorming, mentor your team, collaborate with partners and sell your vision to internal stake holders.

Conceive and create experience design solutions that fulfil strategic business objectives.
Lead and partner with multidisciplinary teams including all creative disciplines, Marketing, IT, Development, Events and more.
Provide regular team leadership and constructive feedback on all projects in the business unit.
Develop, monitor and modify the business unit digital creative department staffing strategies and plans, including:
Team performance, skills, training and mentoring
Continually improve Creative Department methods, problem solving models and best practices.
Proactively manage the success of production scope, schedules and budgets.
Analysis of product requirements, technical constraints, UX research, web analystics, and industry trends.
Development of efficient user scenarios, taxonomies, classifications, and design patterns.
Creation, communication, and maintenance of a comprehensive design system.
Engage & inform practice leads from Marketing, IT, Digital and QA departments to maximize results and ensure user satisfaction.

Knowledge and Skills Preferred:
Passion for design and eagerness to collaborate with other creative minds.
Strong design portfolio with 4+ years visual communication education, 10+ years design/marketing/communications interactive work experience, 8+ years UX direction experience.
Solid understanding and appreciation for the distinction between creative expression and commercial reality.
Advanced knowledge using industry standard tools including InVision, Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, Photoshop.
Experience in eCommerce Web and Mobile design.
Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines.
Experience developing ecommerce, e-marketing and online brand management and integration, with demonstrated results.
Experience leading strategic brainstorming sessions, campaign development, creative brief development and directing creative execution.
Leadership experience in user-centered design, including user experience, research, profiling and usability methodologies.
Comprehensive understanding of interactivity and related mediums.
Clear understanding of industry KPIs, their analysis, and how to interpret them within a UX context.
Experience of designing, implementing and interpreting multi-variant testing to optimise engagement at both the macro and micro level.
Appreciation for the technical challenges associated with digital design across multiple platforms and within a Content Managed Application.
