Job Summary & General Duties 

  • Support and feedback in for AdvoCare regarding the sales field

  • Guide in opening and developing all of the Provinces in Canada with an initial focus on Eastern Canada

  • Identify potential customers and business builders in Canada

  • Work with the US sales team to build marketing campaigns and promotions including budgets

  • Support the development and use implementation of social media technology, print and delivery of all AdvoCare events

  • Critical success factors include, but are not limited to, achievement of sales sponsoring and leadership development targets

  • Support development of field leadership through relationships within the sales field

  • Ensuring all programs developed by AdvoCare are applicable and can be utilized in the Canadian market segment to drive performance

  • Creating and maintaining positive field morale and inspirational sales leadership

  • Providing feedback to US Corporate from the sales field

  • Appropriate management of situations and administration of company policies and ethical guidelines

  • Help coordinate, attend and contribute to corporately-run sales events and management meetings

  • Provide a professional leadership role model to the sales field and Leadership consistent with the image, ethics and Code of Conduct for which AdvoCare stands

  • Administration of both operational and sales expenses to maintain approved budget created to support company sales goals

  • Previous success in developing a field sales organization in a multi-level environment or related sales management experience

  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial, self-starter

  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, both verbally and in writing

  • Ability to lead groups of individuals toward a common goal

  • Flexibility to perform in a fast-paced environment and ability to multi-task

  • Able to function with limited support from corporate office within parameters established by Corporate

  • Ability to organize and manage tasks, work independently and meet deadlines

  • Ability to be proactive, adaptable and flexible

  • Ability to preserve an “entrepreneurial and creative” environment while meeting deadlines

  • Appreciation and enthusiasm for health and nutrition and the mission of AdvoCare (walks the talk)

  • Personal integrity, team player, ability to build loyalty

  • Experience working in a corporate environment strongly preferred

  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams within the organization

  • Ability to travel 50%

Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Five+ years of experience in the Direct Sales industry in Canada is preferred

  • French as a second language is a plus

  • Prior experience with proven successes in opening new markets and growing existing markets

  • Direct sales training and coaching experience

  • Position is remote from US corporate office
