Description

 

Sales Operations Coordinator – International 

The role function is to manage automation sales quotations and order process in line with company policy, supporting delivery of the Omnicell International booking and revenue targets. To provide management of the order process for International medication adherence distributor accounts.

Effective cross functional working with sales, finance, logistics, manufacturing, field operations and technical support organisations acting in a customer service capacity to deliver automation sales administration in line with customer requirements to meet booking and revenue targets.

Ensure that automation sales are delivered to the correct customer requirement and comply with the current business margin approval matrix.

Working with sales and logistics organisations to ensure an accurate forecast for material requirement planning and purchase order generation.

Essential Functions:

Including but not limited to –

  • Review and confirm sales quotes, purchase orders, contract terms, credit and margin guidelines.
  • Assist sales with financial structures of deals (lease v purchase, discounting levels, contract obligations, etc)
  • Enter sales quotes into SAP utilising configurator
  • Provide reporting and analysis from sales quotes and bookings.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient booking of deals meeting all cut off dates for bookings.
  • Complete quote conversions through SAP CRM/ECC system with accuracy.
  • Create and maintain customer accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process improvement needs.
  • Manage amendments to sales orders.
  • Manage active bookings files and booking documentation database.
  • Coordination with logistics to advise on shipping and delivery requirements in line with customer installation requirements

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and organisational skills
  • Working knowledge of finance and accounting
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to manipulate and analyse large quantities of data
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced high demand environment
  • Capacity to prioritise, manage and execute multiple projects within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to convey clear, concise messages to internal and external customers
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple functions and diverse personality styles
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office products

Preferred knowledge and skills:

  • Related experience in a manufacturing company environment
  • Experience in global multinational organisation is a plus
  • SAP CRM experience preferred
  • Must have relevant industry ecperience
  • Sales operations, finance or accounting field
  • Fluent oral English and French

Work Conditions:

  • Office environment
  • 10% travel possible
