Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

This role will be a functional people manager responsible for leading a team of corporate recruiters focused on full lifecycle recruitment. You will be expected to leverage new and innovative recruitment approaches, employing both traditional and digital sourcing strategies to attract the best possible talent. You will partner closely with the HR leadership and the business to support the candidate experience from engagement through on-boarding, with a focus on sourcing and talent identification. 


  • Work to support the broader recruitment strategy and execution plans, developing innovative engagement strategies, providing support on team administration items, while coaching and developing the team.
  • Serve as a change agent with the business unit hiring stakeholders and deliver comprehensive support and consultation to their hiring teams who manage the full life cycle recruitment process.
  • Stay abreast of the professional competitive landscape and leverage marketplace data to inform recruitment strategy.
  • Motivate and encourage the team to meet metrics and goals.
  • Work closely with the business unit talent acquisition partners and stakeholders to deliver a cohesive execution plan for attainment towards hiring goals.
  • Effectively communicate candidate value proposition through strategic storytelling and brand advocacy.
  • Promote diversity recruiting strategies to attract a diverse workforce to Omnicell by hiring the best talent from varied backgrounds, experiences and styles.
  • Set high recruitment standards ensuring operational excellence and compliance. 
  • Manage OFCCP compliance.
  • Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization.
  • Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
  • Provide regular reporting on staffing activities, application flow, time to hire, and recruitment cost analysis or any other identified metrics.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 8 years of demonstrated, relevant experience in a talent acquisition function in a corporate environment.
  • Minimum 5 years of managing/leading high-performing recruitment teams. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage changing priorities without missing deadlines.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings, via email and in formal discussions. 
  • Strong Microsoft office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Comfortable using data and metrics to assess ROI and performance. 
  • Applicant Tracking System experience with Taleo.
  • Deep understanding of OFCCP compliance requirements.
