Lead Financial Analyst


Description

Lead Financial Analyst:

The Lead Financial Analyst will report to the Finance Manager and is responsible for coordinating monthly forecast cycles and the company’s annual planning processes, providing analysis for executive review and other critical business projects.  This position is also expected to implement process improvements.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support Medication Adherence Finance Manager with FP&A activities.
  • Prepare all FP&A presentation material for Executive Reviews, BOD, Budget Reviews, Investor site, etc.
  • Coordinate the Monthly forecast cycles and annual planning process.
    Plan and report various functions in the company.
  • Support functional groups in managing P&L expenses, detailed analysis & budgeting.
  • Assist in the maintenance of company reporting tools.
  • Engage in ad-hoc analysis / special projects.
  • Research and recommend new or improvements to processes.
  • Build financial models to support the financial planning of the business.
  • Manage and maintain TM1 system for forecasting and reporting of financials.                                                                             

Necessary Knowledge/Skills :

  • Strong proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude
  • Must be an organized thinker with a strong process background and excellent analytical skills
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff 
  • Ability to work well both independently and as a team 
  • Possess extreme attention to detail and produce accurate work
  • Have strong work ethic, patience and customer service orientation

  • Extended work hours when require
  • Dynamic office/work environment

Basic Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree
  • At least 3 years of demonstrable FP&A experience

Preferred Requirements:

  • 7 to 10 years of demonstrable experience FP&A experience
  • Strong accounting/finance background
  • Prior experience working with both SAP and TM1
