Service Account Specialist


Service Account Specialist

Omnicell is currently hiring for a Service Account Specialist to work in Waukegan, IL.  The Service Account Specialist will report to the Manager Service Contracts Administration and will support the financial goals of the Company, by providing administrative assistance in the pursuit of service revenue through the retention of service support agreements.


  • Create customer quotes for Omnicell service support contracts from templates
  • Route quotes to divisional lead for customer contact and processing
  • Maintain accurate and current files of all quotes and active service support contracts with supporting documentation
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize contract data
  • Perform all administrative duties to support renewal follow-up
  • Maintain accuracy and timeliness of all databases where contract information is entered
  • Assist team in the development and drafting of process and procedure documents

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Demonstrate ability to follow sound business ethics
  • Well organized and composed professionalism
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree
  • 1 years’ experience in back office customer service environment
  • Experience in one or more of the following management systems:  Financial, Customer Relations and /or Contract

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in a business field
  • Experience with SAP ERP, CRM, and C4C
  • Medical products, pharmacological, or healthcare experience
