Project Deployment Manager 

The Project Deployment Manager (PDM) will coordinate with customers and internal teams responsible for planning, execution, and successful implementation of our IV Solutions products. Project management responsibilities include delivering every project on time, within budget, and with quality results.

Candidates must have outstanding customer management skills, exceptional partnering/indirect leadership skills, strong problem solving skills and the ability to successfully navigate ambiguity in a less structured environment to deliver superior results on the customer’s behalf while supporting the success of the business.  


  • Managing an average of 10 complex project implementations concurrently
  • Single point of contact for the entire project, managing customer expectations for the project
  • Must be able to conduct discovery, kick-off and all project meetings without management assistance
  • Project resource management and scheduling for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Maintain frequent communication with all levels of client interaction to ensure proactive, solution-oriented problem identification and resolution
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the customers and all stakeholders
  • Risk mitigation, escalation and issue management
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Often act independently in making decisions that will positively impact customer relations.
  • Customer Acceptance
  • Ops to Service handoff document
  • Basic hardware troubleshooting of system level components
  • Knowledge of remote access and troubleshooting tools: vSuite, client remote support
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge on system architecture, usage, and features

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Solid knowledge of MS Project, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel.
  • Demonstrated Project Management skills to prioritize the needs of multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Extensive experience handling Customer Service/Management and problem resolution
  • Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare industry
  • Thorough knowledge of company products, company functions, and/or service policies and procedures
  • Maintaining strong industry and product knowledge
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-directed with excellent time management and organization skills

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree
  • 2+ years of project planning experience
  • 1+ years of experience working within the healthcare field
  • PMP certification (in lieu of current PMP certification candidate will agree to obtain PMP certification within one year of starting in position)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with Pharmacy specific drug configurations and complex robotics used in the pharmaceutical compounding and testing environment
  • 2+ years of experience with FDA regulated products

Work Conditions

  • Up to 75% domestic travel, have own transportation and occasional availability during off hours may be required.  
  • Must be able to push heavy equipment and have good dexterity for doing routine configuration tasks.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; stand; walk/pace; use hands to handle equipment or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
