This position is part of the product marketing team in Bozeman, MT. This position is technical in nature with regard to customer applications and pre/post sales support. The successful applicant should be able to troubleshoot technical issues, such as specifications or measurement questions. 

The position reports to the Product Line Manager and is partially responsible for marketing plans and activities relative to specific products and product lines. Will perform market research, monitor customer activity, and help identify customer needs. Works with engineering, sales, customer service, and manufacturing to develop new products and support existing products. Serves as the local technical expert for customers and sales with regards to product solutions, applications assistance, and product expertise. Provides technical content for updating and maintaining marketing collateral.  

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, such as electrical engineering or physics, or equivalent experience. Knowledge of the photonics industry and/or experience with test and measurement equipment is a plus.
