This position provides highly visible customer support on Laser Diode Test Systems through the performance of on-site installation, servicing and repair of complex electrical equipment and systems. Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system. Work with customers, engineering and customer service on technical matters for assigned projects. Responsible for operational quality of system equipment. Position will require at least 50% travel; possibly more. This position is tasked with creating and maintaining training materials as well as providing training to others.
Minimum of two years' experience required; formal engineering education or equivalent experience required. BS in EE, EET, or Associates in Electronics preferred. This position reports to the Sr. Service Manager and is located in Bozeman, MT. Relocation is available.
