Management Concepts is seeking a talented recruiter to join our organization supporting large Capture opportunities. The focus of the role is on driving candidate generation strategies in partnership with our Business Development and Operations teams. This is a great opportunity to be in a high-visibility role as part of a team focused on making an impact on the business while recruiting for smart, innovative talent.

In this role, you will manage searches against a timeline in a fast-paced environment. We are searching for candidates who can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done. You will have the opportunity to draw on your extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business; and forge dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.




Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process and be the main point of contact for all recruiting activity 

Recruit passive candidates and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and motivation rather than simply sell a role.

Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management and conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates.

Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that delivers the highest quality results.

Articulate in writing recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.

Work with the business and HR to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates.

Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.

Create, update, and maintain recruiting process documents

Partner with business leaders to capture accurate job requirements and qualifications to ensure candidates are assessed against the appropriate criteria

Create/update job descriptions and qualifications to be used on the corporate website, job boards, and social media

Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict recruiting activity

Schedule and deliver orientation sessions

Manage all resource resumes

Other Resource Management related duties as assigned



  • 5+ years candidate generation, recruiting or sourcing experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to follow processes, and attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Computer and internet proficiency including MS Office Suite, social media tools, and database applications
  • Ability to analyze and leverage data to achieve goals
  • Strong collaboration, networking, and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Familiarity with the principles of delivering competency-based, student-centered learning to adults
  • Proficiency with Adobe Connect


Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations

Public Sector Recruiting experience preferred.

Strong analytics, with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong mentoring skills preferred

Mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience a plus
