Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Intermediate to Expert Excel skills required
  • Previous data conversion experience
  • Previous accounting experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Able to manage multiple tasks at the same time while meeting tight deadlines
  • Previous CTMS experience or similar a plus
  • Previous clinical trial/research coordinator experience is desired
  • Ability to work as a member of a team
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines
  • Ability to interact in an appropriate and professional manner
  • Demonstrated cooperative behavior and positive-problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Available to work dependable, flexible shift

 

Description of Duties

  • Patient Import – Work with coordinators to prepare existing patient lists to import into CTMS
  • Completed Visits – Work with coordinators to prepare completed visits list for import into CTMS
  • Import existing patients and completed visits, and ensure data entered is clean
  • QA data, patient records in system after import
  • Payments – Enter historical financial information into system in coordination with Finance/Post-Award team (AR)
  • Reconcile payments to completed visits and work with research coordinators and Post-Award to resolve variances
  • Audit Optional Procedures in the CTMS visit schedules – Identify optional procedures within studies and determine if completed, invoiced or paid and work with post-award accordingly
  • Respond to Ad Hoc requests timely
  • Setup new staff in CTMS with appropriate permissions
  • Answer research coordinator and post-award “How to” questions
  • Monitor staff activity in CTMS to ensure system adoption and regular use
  • Training – Provide system training where necessary
