Responsible for implementing existing policies, procedures and systems involving Electronic banking experience to include debit/credit returns, stop payments, and research of electronic transactions, Internet Banking to include Bill Pay, Mobile Banking and Mobile Apps. Ensures that work is completed in accordance with established policies and procedures. Answers Electronic Support Services Representative's questions and resolves more complex problems. Responsible for the adequate coverage, and general training and supervision of Electronic Support Services Representatives.
Requires at least two years of work related experience and knowledge of Electronic Banking policies, procedures, and standards. This candidate must have familiarity with related government requirements, be able to organize projects and work independently. Must be accurate, be attentive to detail, be able to operate related computer applications and business equipment and be able to meet deadlines.
