Description

Primary Purpose:

This position is designed to provide the required training and experience to effectively manage the operations of a Branch.  Responsibilities include assisting the Branch Manager with directing and administering the operational efforts of the Branch.  Assisting with the development and implementation of operational plans, policies and goals which further strategic objectives. Ensuring that branch sales and referral goals are met according to Credit Union objectives.  Creating an environment that delivers an exceptional experience for members and employees.  Ensuring that branch operations are in accordance with established Credit Union policies and with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Requires at least five years of related experience in a financial institution, with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience. 
  • The preferred candidate must have knowledge of regulatory laws, requirements, policies and procedures related to branch operations. 
  • Requires strong leadership, supervisory and communication skills. 
  • Must be able to work flexible hours and at various branch locations.
