.Position Summary:

Develops graphic design for in-house and external print and digital advertisements and promotions. Concepts, designs, develops, and executes multimedia marketing and image campaigns to effectively create, extend, and communicate the credit union brand, improve public awareness, and promote programs both internally and externally. Provides assistance in making recommendations for the overall structure, ‘usability’, content of the credit union’s website and other electronic/digital media (including, but not limited to: websites, ATMS, digital screens, and social network sites.) Develops, coordinates and oversees special events and community outreach programs for the credit union. Provides research activities on marketing trends within the industry.


  • Must have at least four years of related experience in Graphic Design.
  • Must have some knowledge of credit union and/or financial industry products and services.
  • Must have an understanding of sales and promotion techniques.
  • Must be familiar with print production and publishing techniques.
  • Must be familiar with online production and publishing techniques.
  • Must be familiar with local vendors used to produce marketing collateral in various forms or media. (printers, typesetters, media operations, etc.).
  • Must have graphic design and layout skills.
  • Must have expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Must have excellent public speaking/presentation skills.
  • Experience with HTML and motion graphics is a plus.
