Responsible for providing excellent member service and maintaining strong professional relationships. Greets and establishes rapport with members and provides information on service programs, benefits, and membership eligibility requirements. Promptly resolves member questions and problems or properly refers members to the appropriate department for assistance. Assists with providing clerical support to the Sales Platform. Completes related records, reports, and documentation. Performs miscellaneous clerical duties as required.
This position requires the candidate to have at least one year of experience in Sales and Service or the equivalent. The candidate must have knowledge of Credit Union products and sales policies and procedures, excellent communication and public relations skills, be well organized, willing to assist others and be able to use a PC, calculator and office equipment.
