Description

 

Position Summary:

Responsible to provide administrative support for the credit union’s compensation and benefit programs. Performs and administers payroll and benefit functions and reconciles payroll general ledger accounts related to payroll and benefits.  Ensures that human resources functions are delivered in accordance with established credit union standards, policies, and procedures, and that applicable laws and regulations are strictly enforced. Provides assistance to area personnel as required.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Must have at least four years of related experience in Human Resources Compensation and Benefits.
  • Must have knowledge of compensation and benefits programs and requirements.
  • Must have an understanding of Human Resource Department reporting and record keeping requirements and procedures.
  • Must have solid interpersonal and public relations skills.
