Description

.Primary Purpose:

Responsible for supporting the operational and strategic goals for the department and Credit Union.  Manages and directs the Operations Support Services Internal Help Desk and Support Services Operations Professional to ensure compliance with required deadlines, regulations, and reporting requirements.  Assists the Operations Support Services Department Manager in the development and implementation of policies and procedures and ensures that operations are conducted in accordance with established standards and legal requirements.  Ensures required reports and records are completed.  Ensures that acceptable production, quality and support services standards are maintained.  Assists in supervising, directing and evaluating personnel as required.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Must have at least five years of related experience in Operations Support
  • Must have complete knowledge of Truth in Savings, ACH, IRA, direct deposit, Term Share Certificate, New Accounts and Teller functions.  
  • Must have an understanding of credit union Information Systems and accounting functions. 
  • Must have familiarity with related laws and regulations.
  • Must be able to do planning, organizing, directing and controlling tasks as needed.
  • Must have the ability to supervise and train others.
