Description

Primary Purpose:

Responsible for the processing and servicing of operational support functions. Ensures that all functions are accurately performed in accordance with established policies and procedures as well as adherence to governmental regulations. Completes required reports, file maintenance and related record keeping duties as required. Performs audits and IRA contribution distributions, transfers and rollovers. Assists with overseeing legal processing to include subpoenas, garnishments and levies. Researches and resolves moderately complex operational, branch and member issues and ensures that errors and discrepancies are resolved and appropriate follow-up is completed. Provides suggestions for improvement to ensure processing effectiveness and efficiency are attained and delivered. Assists in developing policies, procedures and standards for the Operations Support Department. Ensures that internal and external members are promptly and professionally served.

Qualifications/Experience:

Requires at least two years of financial experience or related work experience.  The ideal candidate must have a basic understanding of financial operations and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.  Requires excellent communication skills and the ability to be detailed, organized and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
