We arepolitical strategists, data scientists, issue experts, social and digital strategists, comms and advertising gurus, designers, writers, media planners and multi-media producers.

You area Media Assistant who knows how to:

  • Track competitive spending levels by opponents; collect data and analyze previous advertising placement of the client and competitors
  • Partner with senior staff to locate information on potential markets and how they can be reached
  • Work closely with Analytics Team to finetune reporting and analytics tools and streamline processes for Media Department; offer insights and intelligence to Analytics Team on existing tools and processes
  • Coordinate with design and production departments to provide placement requirements for advertising; coordinate traffic and shipping of spots
  • Contact stations directly to ensure receipt of correct spots and traffic schedule
  • Coordinate payments and facilitate reconciliations with stations and vendors

You have…

  • A Bachelor’s degree preferably in Political Science, Math, Statistics
  • Experience using analytics programs and ad tracking systems
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data entry
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • The ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends - because we're a client services firm so sometimes that's when our clients need us
  • Strong interpersonal skills and can work collaboratively across teams
  • A meticulous eye for detail and exceptional organization skills

This position is a fixed term position for the 2020 political cycle and will end on November 6, 2020.
