We are social and digital strategists, comms, advertising and political gurus, designers, writers, media planners and multi-media producers.

You are an Assistant Account Executive who knows how to:

  • Develop and maintain organized internal and external documents for clients and teams, including timelines/calendars, meeting notes reports, and general client resources
  • Facilitate inter-department communications and proactively look for ways to optimize team processes and execution of client projects
  • Balance various client activities with internal administrative duties
  • Assist account team with client communications, social media and blog management, pitches, ad production, community outreach and research across multiple clients including providing administrative support to multiple team members
  • Schedule and coordinate client, internal, and vendor meetings and conference calls, and provide general administrative support for office-wide events and meetings
  • Organize and track client billing process in conjunction with account leads and accounting department

You have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or other related field from a four-year college or university
  • Prior experience in the field of communications, politics, marketing or media
  • Strong interest in and understanding of various communications platforms (including social media, traditional print, digital, and interactive user experience) and how they can be combined and leveraged for marketing and communications strategies
  • Strong writing skills, desire to learn, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • A mature outlook and excellent judgement
