You arean Assistant Account Executive who knows how to:

  • Develop and maintain client and project documents, including timelines/calendars, meeting notes and conference call reports
  • Assist account team with drafting press releases, media monitoring, community outreach, analysis and research across multiple clients including providing administrative support to multiple account team members
  • Schedule and coordinate client, internal, and vendor meetings and conference calls
  • Facilitate client billing in conjunction with account leads and accounting department

You have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, public policy or other fields from a four-year college or university
  • Demonstrated experience in the fields of nonprofit communications, political campaigns, marketing or media
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and distill and streamline information
  • Strong interest or experience in various communications platforms (including social media, traditional print, digital, and interactive user experience) and how they can be combined and leveraged for marketing and communications strategies
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
