We are... issue experts, social and digital strategists, communications and advertising gurus, designers, writers, media planners and multi-media producers.

You are... a Senior Account Executive who knows how to:

  • Develop and execute communications media, digital, and other strategy materials
  • Write, analyze, and edit strategy documents, public opinion research documents, client correspondence, informational/education collateral, op-eds, blog posts and other materials
  • Coordinate media and client events, develop marketing and collateral materials and coordinate with internal departments, clients and client partners on logistics
  • Work with team members to develop and manage project budgets and timelines
  • Advise clients on approaches to communicating across a variety of public policy issues to include (but not limited to) K12 education
  • Serve as a day-to-day client contact, providing tactical support and guidance on communications, policy, and advocacy efforts
  • Stay informed on client industry and issues
  • Able to work with reporters, pitching and placing stories in a range of outlets
  • Mentor, direct, and provide constructive feedback to junior staff members
  • Develop and manage effectively to project budgets and timelines
  • Thrive in a team environment, supporting colleagues and managing junior staff members

You have…

  • A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • 4-6 years of experience in communications, public relations, journalism, public policy, advertising, digital strategy, or a related field, including experience managing projects and/or clients
  • Passion for, and experience in, the K-12 education space
  • Excellent writing and editing
  • Experience in earned media and on social strategies, execution
  • Resourceful skills to get the job done, no matter how big or small the task might be ahead
  • Bilingual skills a plus!
