We aresocial and digital strategists, comms and advertising gurus, designers, writers, media planners and multi-media producers.

You area Digital Media Designer who knows how to:

  • Design unique digital assets that build upon and improve the client’s branding and messaging
  • Work with project managers to ensure work is aligned to client requirements and budget and time constraints
  • Execute every project to a high standard of quality
  • Takes ownership of work ensuring GMMB goals are met as well as the client’s
  • Collaborates with other creative, project management, and account teams for all phases of design from brainstorming and ideation through execution

You have…

  • 2+ years of full-time experience in digital design (web/online experience required)
  • Expert skill in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with additional skill in Google Web Designer, AfterEffects and the rest of the Adobe suite a plus
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Adobe Animate required
  • Excellent time-management skills including the ability to multi-task
  • Strong understanding of web design and human-computer interaction
  • Strong understanding of banner ad best practices, Wordpress, HTML and CSS
  • Basic skills in editing HTML and CSS a plus
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including Creative, Media, Account and Technical teams
  • Superior communication skills
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Health, education, political or nonprofit marketing experience a plus
