We aresocial and digital strategists, comms and advertising gurus, designers, writers, media planners and multi-media producers.

You areweb developer who: 

  • Implement technical and functional requirements for all client web applications with primary focus on front-end development. Develop functional and appealing web- and mobile-based applications based on usability
  • Advance skills with PHP, HTML, CSS, Java Script
  • Partner seamlessly with designers, project managers and account executives to ensure all necessary project specifications and requirements are met
  • Provide initial level of quality control testing for digital projects, as well as testing new and existing products for proper functionality. Takes ownership and demonstrates initiative to identify and implement fixes and improvements.
  • Handle technical client problems and works out solutions that are acceptable for both the client and agency. Provide website maintenance and enhancements
  • Advise on and integrate new product initiatives including but not limited to technology partnerships and social media initiatives
  • Prioritize multiple projects and maintain deadlines
  • Create quality prototypes on tight timelines
  • Stay current with emerging technologies
  • Promote usability best practices

You have…

  • 3+ years of web development experience
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in PHP and JavaScript
  • Advanced to expert skills in HTML and CSS, HTML5 and CSS3 preferred
  • Demonstrates mid-level WordPress/Drupal development, from installation and configuration to theme and module development.
  • Excellent communications skills, creativity and initiative. Must collaborate with others, and share concepts and code freely.
