Predictive Analytics Manager

The Predictive Analytics Manager will work under the direction of the Director of Predictive Modeling and will focus on developing predictive analytics to help drive strategic decisions for the business and operations. Mentoring junior members of the team is a key component of the role.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in insurance analytics or a closely related field and will have a graduate degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Quantitative Economics or other similar analytical field. This role requires someone with a superior knowledge of analytical and modeling concepts and the ability to articulate model concepts and results to semi-technical business audiences. The Predictive Analytics Manager must also work well with others as a significant amount of independent interaction with other departments is required.
