Job Description: Cydecor is looking for an IWS BFM 5.0 & 10.0 Project Manager to provide business and financial management support for ongoing efforts of the Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS). PEO IWS leads a professional and experienced organization that delivers Enterprise solutions for Naval Warfare Systems in the areas of Air Defense, Missile Defense, Undersea Warfare, Anti-Submarine Warfare, and Anti-Surface Warfare. Collectively, this team must provide effective and suitable deliveries of integrated warfare systems and technology, installed on a variety of platforms. Currently, PEO IWS is focused on enhancing mission capability across the surface fleet and submarine community with faster, more affordable, and interoperable product upgrades. The Project Manager provides BFM support to the contract effort as it relates to IWS 5.0 (Undersea Systems) & 10.0 (Ship Self Defense System). The Project Manager supports the full range of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES) as implemented in the DoD, Navy, and NAVSEA.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide BFM support to the design, development, acquisition, engineering, integration, and fielding of Undersea Warfare systems and technologies.
  • Provide BFM support to the design, development, acquisition, engineering, integration, and fielding of Ship Self Defense System (SSDS) Weapon System.
  • Support developing and improving processes required to effectively operate the organization and its infrastructure to affect strategic and tactical planning and execution within or across task areas.
  • Support development of the Corporate Operating Fund (COF) budget.
  • Participate in technical and programmatic assessments of budget exhibits, for various appropriations, in support of DON, OSD, and President’s Budget submissions.
  • Conduct financial analysis in support of performing activity reviews.
  • Provide detailed reports regarding the financial planning or status of programs and product areas.
  • Assist with responses to internal and external inquiries and requests for program information to include regular program execution reviews.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field desired.
  • Significant demonstrated experience with DoD acquisition processes, in DoD program management, Industry or Government technical management, or Industry or Government business management.  
  • Significant supervisory experience.
  • DAWIA Level III Program Management or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired.
